I had to turn off the rival faction. I couldn't do anything without mortors raining down on me. Also there was an APC on the side of the road ripe for the taking. Went to get in the drivers seat and the damn thing exploded. They set an IED and I took the bait lmao

Hello, thank you for showing how to use the Titan... I would have only one advice, read what kind of rockets you use for MAAWS MK mod1, usually that rocket launcher (MAAWS MK mod1) only has HE-high explosive ammunition. It can be used against armored vehicles without protection. But the armored vehicle that you shot at 16:00 had anti-HE ammunition protection and those are the stripes around it. Otherwise, you have RPG rocket launcher that you can use for all vehicles it can penetrate everything, and be careful at which angle you shoot. I hope that helps. Yeah I didn’t check the ammo if I’m honest, sometimes my 6 braincells have a fit and turn in to 2… those last 2 are like monkeys slamming symbols 😅🤣

@@theurbanhermit365 they change depending on what map you play on. Usually it’s a separatist group or exegermenos. Other times it’s the Chedakis. This is the first time I’ve seen it be L’ensemble
Tanoa is the only map I’ve really got in to on antistasi tbh, I was looking at some of the other modded maps but that’ll be for another time if I do one 🙂
@@theurbanhermit365I highly recommend Sahrani. It's super fun, and no areas of issues with AI pathing (at least as far as I can tell)

Moving your HQ across the bridge might help you get around the AI issue. Then again, it could also put Petros in the range of a counter from the airbase, so caution is advised.
I'm not sure if they will be of any help for the airbase attack, but I found static placements, especially HMGs quite useful. The war level did not hit 4 in my playthrough yet so I cannot really comment on the AT and AA emplacements, but I'd like to think that they have at least some utility.
Yeah I moved a mortar crew to that position on another play through, I did not end well 😅🤣
I did think about moving it over there but then the distance to everything is quite short so as you said it gives that counter attack possibility to flood over to the HQ. If there are no civilian vehicles on that bridge it’s never an issue, just got unlucky a truck pulled on to the bridge when they went to cross haha.
I may try an AT emplacement next try see how that goes, at least it should cover me from any counter attacks at the outpost when firing from there.
@@theurbanhermit365 The lack of space on that island is a bit of a worry indeed. In terms of the emplacements, I found that you can turn pretty much any of them into a nightmare for armour by adding extra AT soldiers (I prefer light AT, but to each their own I suppose). For some reason, I am swimming in HR (I'm north of 500 even though I have at least 2 dozen emplacements and garrisons). This allows me to be rather generous with manpower. You may have to opt for a different approach unless you are willing to wait several hours in-game haha
@@andrewhun995Same with the amount of HR here. I have 700+ on Sahrani with almost every outpost having 24 guys at them
In my other playthrough I’m swimming in HR also, just takes a while to get it going. Once I’ve taken the airfield and last outpost on that island I should see a rise in HR also.
@@kittl29fujam1 Maybe the HR system could use a bit of re-balancing. It is hard to imagine that an insurgency could grow that quickly, especially when you consider the total population number haha

I think u should try "voice command" mode which allows u to give commands to AI using mic.
I have seen this mod, maybe I’ll try it. Just don’t want to mess up the current mod and series haha
@@theurbanhermit365 I mean i tried that mod and it was completely compatible with the other mods. But since you don't want to mess up the whole series then yeah hehe it's better to try it out later.
That voice mod is kinda funny because sometime it detects "two" as "blue". I'm not an English speaker so it could be my bad LoL.
@dmknght8946 I’m sure it’s compatible, I’m just cautious of adding new mods to the current series in case it messes something up haha 🙂
Hiya mate, ao I'm just getting into Arma 3 since watching you vids I've played SCUM because of you and I enjoy that but I love antistasi. My only issue with it is my AI are stupid and I get my ass whooped every try. I'm talking 1 or 2 side missions in. I was wondering what params do you have? Mods? Etc? And would you consider doing a tutorial to antistasi ultimate for noobs like me? Like tips early game. Cheers anyway for your vids appreciate ya 👍
I’ve done a short video explaining what mods I’m using, I’ve kept all the settings vanilla so I’ve not messed with them at all.
I could do a guide for AI control etc if that would help you and anyone else also 🙂

@theurbanhermit365 on that note, would you ever consider doing a series with a noob like me to show me the ropes when it comes to antistasi? You could get some good content out of it and I would learn the game. Win, win. I'm just a Yorkshire lad who loves gaming I'm quite chill and fast at learning. Just a thought I had, no bother if not, still appreciate ya 👍
If I ever did it would be in the future, ive got a lot on atm with projects and keeping up with current stuff so its not something i have time for right now.
There are however plenty of milsim units that’ll take you on if you want a community experience. I was a part of 42 commando unit some years back. Not sure if they are still running but was a fun experience for sure 🙂
I took an airfield yesterday after destroying it's buildings. Almost same tactic, flew a drone to spot everyone, hopped in a Gorgon with 7 npc's, two more in their own Nyx, drove in with AI in gun, dropped others out and drove around. Surprisingly easy but I think difficulty is too low.
Yeah bit easier when you have the weaponry but depending on what you’re using will depend on the severity of the counter attack, I flew a heli over a resource before, got unknown response from nato.. that unknown turned out to be a A-10 🤣🤣🤣
@@theurbanhermit365 I'm playing on Altis, war level 8 so late game, that was my second airfield.
Went to destroy those terrorists once 8km away with small helicopter, flying near ground and crashed it with 3km left lol
Last time with friends we had at least two Apache's on every counter attack and they killed us from far every time, not so fun.
@kettujabamiesukkeliukko yeah it can be a right hassle, why I try to take things early game without vehicles like apc’s etc
