Dark Souls Demon Hammer Only: Chat convinced me to do the DLC!

I've been on a Soulslike journey ever since I became an affiliate on Twitch. It's now time to go through the series that started the whole genre! Coming back to my very 1st Soulsborne game that I have ever played. I remember way back watching WheezyWaiter play this on his gaming channel wanting to this a go myself. I have only beat this game once and that was right around when ER came out and I have never done the DLC. A friend jokingly suggested I do a Demon Hammer only run and I said you know what that's a great idea so now here we are! Also I usually don't use such large/heavy weapons when I play these games so this will be an interesting change of pace.
Join me as I explore Demon's Souls, DS, DS, DS3, and Elden Ring most of which for the very 1st time ever. I'll be keeping track of my deaths along the way (sorry if I forget to hit the counter button sometimes) to kind of measure how good/bad I am at soulslikes.
Also I'm trying something different here with the way I'm presenting these videos so please let me know if you like the shorter content and the way I have edited it all down.
