As soon as it is determined that someone is stalking another person and refusing to accept that a relationship is either over or perhaps never existed at all, cop or no cop, that stalker should be locked up for about five years to see if he can get it through his head that just because he wants to be with a certain person doesn't mean he gets to be with her, because DUH!!! she has some say in the matter too. Maybe if stalking was handled as a serious crime, even if the stalker has not yet done anything to hurt the person being stalked, maybe some of these looney tunes would accept that NO means NO.
I have never been able to understand how a man or woman could kill their spouse and then spend time looking in the faces of the children whose mother or father they have killed. How do they do that? If I did this I don't think I would ever be able to look into the eyes of my children knowing how much pain I have brought them. For the husband of Sherri Dally to think he and his murderous partner could get rid of Sherri and then become a happy family with Sherri's children just strains the imagination, or perhaps just shows how stupid they both were.

In the case of the murder of Sherry Dally, these two perpetrators, Diane Hahn and Michael Dally, deserve each other. They were two degenerate, nefarious, vile individuals who only care about themselves and definitely not about the children or Sherry. These 2 villainous killers deserved the death penalty for leaving two small children without a mother, and for their despicable actions who left Sherry dead. They disgusts me, the most depraved people that I have ever seen. May Sherry Rest in Peace in her eternity surrounded by peace and love 🙏

I never quite got why you have to have a rotting corpse. 'Did you brutally torture and murder Jesus Christ?' 'Well, your honor. We had the best of intentions. By the time we got there big stone in front of the tomb was shoved to the side. Blood stained shroud later became revered relic. Judas Iscariot had sadly opted out'. Bit weak on the defense side. I commend you all to history. Jesus rather liked justice. No-one should get away with the horror of causing another's death.

@@mariaorourke5236I agree my friend. It is a sad world we live in that some killers walk free just because of the broken justice system. There’s so much that is require by law to convict someone of murder, and you can’t have one piece of the puzzle (no matter how true it is) and prosecute without the rest. @@mariaorourke5236 Anyone who believes with no body there is no crime should go to the Morgan County Correctional Complex, a prison in Tennessee, where Perry March is currently serving a life sentence for murdering his wife about 20 years ago and ask him how that worked for him. He is in prison and he will never get out and Janet's body has STILL not been found. If the evidence is compelling enough, they absolutely do NOT have to have the body.

Informants are expendable to investigators. Unfortunately, this has happened WAY TOO many times, and MANY could've been prevented. But, in all actuality, whenever an informant is killed or goes "missing" during an investigation, especially right after they had contact with the suspect, that usually bolsters the investigator's case against whomever they're targeting. And, as a BONUS whenever the informant is no longer available/alive, the state no longer has to pay any money to/for them; be it compensation for their assistance in solving the case, reward money, OR any pending legal issues that needed to be tried, sense most informants were put in that position because they got caught doing something illegal and were coerced into helping the cops for leniency or immunity. Our justice system is so screwed up! 💯💯🤔🤦‍♀️🤬

In my early 20s and late teens, I was arrested a few times (😢), and I couldn't imagine acting like this. I always walked away with less than I was initially charged with; why? Because I was nice and when I talked to them it was about the ballgame or something. Some people never, ever learn; thankfully, I wasn't one of ‘em.
