I’m not sure if Shopify would be a good option for that. I think something like Wordpress would be much better as that allows users to have a dashboard.

I’m not sure of any templates off hand that would work for this. You might want to browse envato market for some pre made Wordpress templates that have some of the features you are looking for.

I don’t completely understand what you’re trying to do but to start you can try changing the default order confirmation email or, even better, install an app that lets the customer upload a picture at checkout.

None specifically but just search for file upload on the Shopify App Store.

For a cleaning business I might look into how to sell subscription type services on Shopify so that you can set up recurring payments.
