Take your time. Do little snit-bits every now and then if you’re pressed for time. Don’t rush yourself. You’re right, talking *is* important for in-character comprehension, but so is expression of emotion.
As a person who has dedicated his English skills to learning how to write novels and using the feedback I have been given, conversation means nothing if the conversation has no life.
Breathe life into your characters and I assure you, the quality of your work will increase several fold.
To add onto this feedback: Do not do what you just did. Do not dismiss the constructive criticism of someone yet endorse the standard criticism of another. Learn what criticism is best to use to improve and what criticism to use to motivate yourself and uplift your morale. Both things are equally important. By dismissing the criticism of someone, you show that you are afraid of learning, that you cannot or will not fix your mistakes or downfalls. If you keep this up, you will not be seen as a trustworthy person nor a respectable content creator.
If you are not a respectable content creator, you will either lose your audience or your work will suffer. Sometimes even both may happen. You tried your best. That’s great; wonderful, even, but that does not mean you do not have room to improve.
Do not make UA-cam your life. Do not make your work the only thing that matters, either. All aspects of your life are very important. You need money to survive in a capitalistic society, so you obviously need work. If you make work the only thing that matters, however, the joys you have in life will dwindle and eventually become nothing. You need to separate and balance your work life and your personal life.

I think then you shouldn't really rush it, balancing things out it beneficial. Maybe prepare a schedule ahead of time so you won't be stressed over time or anything, if it seems stressful, posts dont need to be consistent, as long as you arent stressed over it
