Matt, leave the engine running for at least 30 seconds before switching it off or your going to kill that turbo! When you switch the engine off, it instantly stops the lubricating oil to the turbo, so give the turbo a bit of time to allow the spinning speed to slow to tick over. I'm sure you already knew this but got carried away with the lovely new toy!

Oh Matt, your truck is larger than a semi and you're still trying to fill it up at the car pumps. You need to fill it up at the semi station because their pumps are wayyyyyy faster.
Not sure that truck has the TANK SPACE to handle those semi pumps though. Semi tanks are like... hundreds of gallons i wanna say? He's using a 40 gallon tank.

Already been done. I ran with a guy back in 1998 that had a 53 ft. trl. with 3 slide outs and a 2 car garage on the tail, plus roof access w/a porch on top. He is a retired Aerospace engineer and designed/built it himself.

@@BernieDiaz once you know how to parallel park you can parallel park anything. It just takes special awareness and understanding how the vehicle will respond. I have had to parallel park my semi with a trailer a few times. If anything Matt's 5 ton would be easier since it has all the cameras. Plus with how high that back bumper is he can back it up over a car's hood to maneuver better. Actually he may have to have that checked out for dot regulation

you can make that truck fit. Just cut out a rectangle above the door and put it on a big hinge so you can use a rod to push it up when you pull the truck in. Then you can drop the door and lock it into place somehow. Just don't forget to push it back open when you back out.

Awesome 5 ton. We have been trying to get a Japanese Mini Truck with a lift for our equine therapy program. Our program has several clients in wheelchairs or with a physical disability that a mini truck with a lift would be perfect. Plus when we go to hospitals it would helps us get the kids onto the horses.

Regarding parking in the barn: You have a CTIS system, just air down to sand mode. That should drop you down many inches.

Awesome 5 ton. We have been trying to get a Japanese Mini Truck with a lift for our equine therapy program. Our program has several clients in wheelchairs or with a physical disability that a mini truck with a lift would be perfect. Plus when we go to hospitals it would helps us get the kids onto the horses.
