    Is Russ Miller a Tama guy now? If yes, why did he switch from Mapex drums to Tama drums?

      Wow!! Mapex artist is new to me. I remember Russ being a Yamaha artist for a while.

    TAMA = garbage. Pearl, DW, Yamaha, Ludwig. Top drummers like John Bonham, Neil Peart, Buddy Rich never played TAMA garbage because they sound like junk.

      buddy rich never played tama , because they didn't show up til he was in his 70's '
      he died at 87,,, john bonham DIED before tama's heyday and neil peart was a tama endorser from like 1980 to 86 (?)

      Billy Cobham, Simon Phillips, and 100s of other REAL drummers are using Tama for reasons you guys don't even think about.
      Remember the MOST important factor - It's the drummer, NOT the drums.
      A great drummer can use a cardboard beer carton and a table and sound better than ALL drums..!!
