lol yeah he is good if you need a 2nd tank, usually the problem I had with Gepard before was that his shield alone sometimes couldn't keep up with MoC damage+DoT spam, but Ruan Mei gives him more time to build his shield back up thanks to all the breaking and delaying of actions + he helps her with the ice breaks too so pretty decent synergy there.
