My thoughts on how this happened Blade somehow got obligated by the script to babysit his niece His niece was busy trying to tutor March in the art of swordplay, so March had to tag along March decided to invite Clara because she thought Clara would like to make a friends with Yunli, and Svarog wouldn’t agree unless he could also monitor the four of them and they somehow keep running into insane enemy encounters, so March decides to temporarily break out the shield again for survival
