I got the exact ending in my sisters account and Netflix but I think why orc was making that evil face I think it was because of the mysterious monster was possessing orc
The reason why orc became evil was because throughout the journey on battle island, he was reading the manuel on what they should do and the rules they must follow but after defeating angel and learning kitty was the final monster they were wondering if kitty should open the final door. Since kitty opened the door and went inside the final door they had broken the rules which made the mysterious creature furious (A.k.a, the person who created the show). So the Creature had to make changes. Which explains how orc became evil.
