hes not a weapons dealer, hes an engineer. he designs weapons and tech for hospitals schools and funds scholarships for kids in stem.
That’s awesome ❤️
He a Weapons developer, that's why he said when he called the press conference, that very weapons he created to defend America with killing the very people they were developed to defend.
Next a Board of Directors was created to run the company due to the owners absence. Which as a corporation needs heads to run all operations that one man
Can't run on his own.
Got it! I understand better how it works now. Thank you for explaining it so well ☺️
The Iron Man suit is the modern equivalent of the knight in shining armor. It has been given a technological advancement and computer technology, but the analogy is right.
It will be interesting to see Tania reaction this MCU series.
Keep going and enjoy the movies.
Thank you so much! I loved Iron Man. Can't wait to se the rest 🥰
The board of directors are often the largest stockholders. When a company is incorporated, it becomes an entity of it's own seperate from the owner/s. This insulates them from lawsuits against the company. The board's responcibility is to see that the company is run in a manner that has the companies best interest in mind. Tony owns controlling interest so they can't buy him out but if his actions are considered harmful to the company, he can have his actions voted down. If the board considers him incompetent, he can be locked out of the decision making process until he can prove otherwise. However Tony is filthy rich and he has the means to do whatever he wants to on his own time and money. So the board of directors are not considered employees but more like caretakers and are not subject to orders from Tony or anyone else. Tony would have to buy out or pay off the other shaeholders on the board to regain control of his company.
Wow that is super interesting! ❤️ Love the way so explained everything. Thank you!
The Board by itself didn't have the power to do that, only with a partner with a large amount of shares has the power to make something like that happen.
It particularly Tony's fault, he wasn't paying attention and trusting to much in human beings.
I don't personally think it was Tony's fault. Obadiah was like family to him, so obviously he trusted him. Haven't we all trust someone who has backstabbed us at some poing in life? 😟
He created that terrorist group to create a market for weapons. So he wasn't killing a terrorist group he was Cleaning house. After not killing Tony and Tony getting attention from the World about this operation, he needed nothing to lead back to him.
I really hope you enjoy the journey! Loved the reaction 🤍
Thank you very much! I am enjoying it a lot so far! 🥰
A quick google search should explain how a board of directors works :P
We didn’t want to pause the movie for too long 😂
In the 70s the original suit did have flamethrowers, Wow I forgot. I'm a real Comic Book 🤓 Nerd.
hahaha makes two of us, but I have always been more inclined to read manga when it comes to comic books. I regret not being more interested in reading more MARVEL comic books in the past.
_🔥Shyamalan's Trilogy🔥_

,
I recommend you a different Super-hero movie style.
Please tell to your husband to use this edit style in his ch4nnel.
His reaction looks verter in full screen.

Wow looks awesome!! 😍😍 We will definitely have a look at this trilogy!
Tony doesn't own the company, the stockholders own the company and they elect the board. The Board of Directors elected Tony to be CEO and they can vote him out if they think he isn't doing a good job.
Wow thank you for the information!! We had no idea 😉
From what he said, Tony, Pepper, and Obadiah collectively own the majority of Stark International stock.
G’day guys, enjoy your trip through the MCU, just don’t forget to check out the Daredevil series when you get there. Also, you might try to incorporate the One shots into your journey this time around if you aren’t already familiar.
Thank you! We are trying to watch everything there is in release order (TV series included) so hopefully we won’t miss anything 😊
@@TnDMultiverse The Daredevil series is excellent. I don't know if you want to watch all of those shows, but S1 of Jessica Jones is also very well directed and acted.
@@SG-js2qn 💯Jessica Jones was amazing too, especially David Tenants performance as Kilgrave, absolutely terrifying.
Once you go public and have stock, you lose control of your company. So going public is really just a way for business creators to quickly cash out instead of continuing to run the company in a competitive manner. If you're wealthy and really serious about a public company, you have to buy out the investors and take it private. In the old days, companies were more interested in doing a good job, producing quality widgets, etc. Modern boards and executives are there purely to draw in investment, personally profit from that, drive up debt, sell off assets - looting the company - and then they leave a smoking ruin behind them as the board and executives sail away on platinum parachutes.
Thank you for the information! It helps a lot 😍
Even though this is iron Man movie pepper Potts is the MVP of the movie. You always supported him good or bad. She the one who saved the old Arc reactor because she knew he would throw it away like he does any old technology he creates. Also technically it was pepper who actually defeated the iron monger AKA Obadiah stane by overloading the Arc reactor in starks facility. Yes Tony came up with the idea but he was unable to execute his own plan without pepper.
Agreed!! ❤️
Perfect reaction. Thank you.
Our pleasure! Thank you for watching and commenting ❤️
cant wait for the rest
Thank you! It means a lot 😍
Fantastic reaction Iron Man is one of my favourite movies. Robert Downey Jr. Is the perfect choice to play Tony Stark.
I love the way you two bounce off each other.
Thank you so much! It means a lot ❤️ I agree with you 100% when you say Robert Downey Jr. was the perfect choice to play Tony Stark!
Next movie for the MCU, The Incredible Hulk.
Yes! It will be added to next weeks poll ☺️
My first time finding you channel I subbed and loved the reaction. Tania you mentioned Tony fixing the icing problem, if you pay attention to all of the iron man movies and appearances he is never defeated the same way twice if he sees a flaw in the suit he will work to fix that flaw. Also are you guys Australian or Kiwis?
Thank you so much for the support and the information! 😍 It means a lot ❤️ Dillon is from Australia and I (Tania) am from Spain 😉 Currently living in Australia
Wait a minute didn't they have already reacted to marvel universe on their official channel?
Dillon did. Tania has never watch it before
I got a question for you both.Would you be interested in reacting to a movie called The Rocketeer It's from 1991.It's a good movie And I hopefully you Would see this one movie as well. It's called see spot run
We will definitely have a look and add them to our list! Thank you 😊
@@TnDMultiverse Well, let me tell you this. Both movies are incredibly funny
If you wanna see (regardless on- or off-camera) what were the other, non-film projects that MCU had, you can find the full list in my channel's description
Thank you! We surely will ☺️
If you haven't seen it yet, an older movie you might enjoy is "RoboCop," from 1987. Another movie somewhat in the same vein, is "The Terminator," 1984. Both are classics. The special effects are dated, of course, but the stories are part of modern life. Another classic to watch would be "The Matrix," 1999.
Thank you!! I am adding them all to our list ☺️
@@TnDMultiverse There's so many great films out there, and you'll recognize phrases and memes from all over. Enjoy!
