Workplace is a kind of battle field that requires significant concentration and involvement. However, as I've been suggested recently, it's becoming more and more relevant to build Relaxation Room in the workplace so that employee can relax, make fitness, recharge and restore. This can help reduce the level of stress and other associated mental health and behavioral disorders. It could also boost the cognitive resources. May here, we can open door to spouse and children in the workplace during the relaxion period.
