Rago holds Nemesis, which is the power of all the legendary bladers + its own power + parts of power from all the bladers the legendary bladers have battled themselves. Ryuga holds L-Drago, the only original left rotating bey. it holds the (controlled) dark power + the stolen power from any of the beys it has battled into its own power + its own power from training. if Ryuga hadn’t of attacked him while Zeus’s barrier was active, trying to spin-steal Nemesis - giving Nemesis its full strength which was a good chunk of at least 20% of the power missing - Ryuga maybe, just maybe may be able to defeat him on strictly will power.
It would have been awesome to witness a more balanced battle between Rago and Ryuga. Although Ryuga’s defeat was a necessary plot element to demonstrate Rago’s power, it is widely acknowledged that Ryuga limited himself to executing his special moves without employing additional strategy or evolving into Golden Armored LDrago before his defeat. Even though we saw his defeat we cannot feel that he had really used all his power and ingenuity. This would have provided a greater challenge to Nemesis, even more so than the legendary bladers. Furthermore, it is noted that when Chris was found, Ryuga managed to surpass them and disrupt their special moves merely by being present.

This comparison is inaccurate. Ryuga without the dark power is clearly more powerful than with the dark power. I mean, he clearly mentioned it himself in metal masters that he mastered and overcame the dark power and it made him stronger. That thing "Mastered Dark Power (Theory)" just doesn't make any sense. Imo, the legendary bladers all have to be around 2 mil range if Ryuga is already 2 mil+, especially Chris and Orion.

As much as I wished to see Ryuga not die and team up with gingka, at the same time I know it’s not possible, it’s against his whole character

4.Kyoya (felt like he was just a tad bit below Gingka)

6.Chris (felt like Kenta showed us more power when he was a legendary blader)
7.King (I think Rago and the 4 Season Legendary Bladers who can seal Nemesis away deserve the top spots)
8.Titi (I think king is a tad bit stronger)

10.Dynamis (I don’t think he’s stronger then Aguma in any way)
11.Yuki (only plot made this garbage a legendary blader, Masamune got robbed by this clown, even though Masamune uses a winter consolation beyblade, I think they coulda just said the Star Fragment couldn’t find a worthy legendary blader of Mercury and just added an extra season blader to support the other 4 w the Solar System Cast)

Very true. Gingka has a Bey that, in lore, was designed to counter L Drago, and he still only ever manages to outmatch it by using Spirit Bomb logic. L Drago just plain does not screw around. It's called the Dragon Emperor for a reason.

Gingka only defeated Ryuga in season 1 and that was Dark Power actually and not true Ryuga. In season 1 he was villain and not true self either way.
I'm talking about season 2 and 3 and their final versions.
In season 2 and 3 Ryuga is totally different and he is much stronger than any other character. No one is even close to him.
Except that lose in season 1 what we also should not count because he was controlled and not true self.. He also lost to Rago but we can't count that because Rago absorbed the power of all beybaldes in the world including some of Ryuga's power. That was totally not fair and bad. With only his power Rago is no match for Ryuga. Ryuga never lost a fair Battle and he is much stronger than the other characters.

This comparison is inaccurate. Ryuga without the dark power is clearly more powerful than with the dark power. I mean, he clearly mentioned it himself in metal masters that he mastered and overcame the dark power and it made him stronger.
That thing "Mastered Dark Power (Theory)" just doesn't make any sense. In the end, as much as I don't like it, the fact remains that Rago is the strongest one (because he's well... A god i guess).
