I want to be honest and say as a disclaimer: I previously commented on one of your videos, and you "liked" the 2 people who responded to my comment, so I can't help but sort of hold a grudge against you... (it seems like a pretty passive aggressive thing to do in my opinion, you could have just left it alone). But I only mention this to be as completely honest and objective as possible, so just take that into consideration with what I'm about to say, but also realize that I'm actually trying to help (I always think of haters as the greatest helpers of all).
Anyways, what I want to say is: you have huge potential to become more famous, you're extremely beautiful and you have a sort of magnetism about you that the average person does not have. But your videos aren't doing that well, or at least not nearly as good as they could. Why? I'm not going to pretend I have all the answers, but I'll give one suggestion, that you may not want to hear, but I'm going to say it anyways (and perhaps this also goes beyond just UA-cam).
I'll explain it like this: I'm from Canada like you. But I travel a lot, so I'm sort of disconnected from the culture a little bit, and I can see things from an outside perspective. One thing about Canadian people that stands out very strongly is that they have a sort of mask of fake politeness, out of fear of offending people. But it can come across as very disingenuous and fake, and for example in a place like Russia, where the people are much more blunt and honest in the way they treat and interact with others, they feel they can't trust people like that because it's so blatantly fake that it feels like there's some sort of agenda (and to be honest, a lot of the time it's true, where Canadians will be super nice and polite to your face, and then turn around and gossip about you immediately afterwards)
And... you sort of come across that way in your videos. Not like there's an agenda, but it's like there's no genuine connection with your audience. Like after watching your videos, it feels more like the kind of fake-polite surface level interaction you would have with someone you just met, or an acquaintance you don't know very well, or maybe like a flight attendant or a waitress who's just being friendly because they're paid to do so, as opposed to the kind of feeling you would have of really knowing the person, or really being friends with them. And I'm sure you can probably "feel" exactly what I'm talking about if you really think about it.
Anyways, even though I don't expect you will like this comment, or me personally, I hope it can somehow help you. Sometimes the tough love of "haters" is the most genuine kind of love haha. And if you really dislike what I just said, or even feel hatred towards me, then that's even better. Use that to fuel you. Don't let what I said discourage you.
You can and will succeed, but not if you keep repeating the same thing over and over again. You have to evolve. And part of that involves facing and digesting and overpowering the backlash of haters
