Oh my gosh, yes I am the same. Whenever I travel I feel like I want clean sheets to come home to, and also take out the trash before leaving so that there is nothing in the bin when I come home. 😉

Congratulations Daph on overcoming this recent challenge so well! It can take great will and effort to prevail over the frustrations we periodically encounter in our careers and personal lives.
Yet it's not the last time you will have to face it Daph. It WILL come back to some degree or another, in some form or another.
If you're better able to deal with it next time then you have truly made progress and become a stronger and better person after this latest round.
So take preventative measures now (to minimize the effects of a future round), identify the causes and be ready with swift measures to stop it dead in its tracks as soon as it tries to re-emerge.
Think back Daph to all the times you went through it before. Don't you wish you could get back all the time and emotional energy wasted during those bouts?
But with firm resolve, you can gradually conquer it completely. Yet you must be vigilant about not letting the inevitable downturns of life affect you too deeply.

As a person who has pimples here and there, I would say that concealers only work with some amount of foundation and setting powder 😭😭😭 it is what it is…
