Hi, now you mind find it strange but I'm a guy and I make scented bath bombs and sell them, to wrap them I place each one into a heat shrink bag which is sealed with my heat cutter and then shrunk around the bath bomb using my heat gun, now, do you know if I decorate my bombs like this would the design stay on the bomb after been wrapped the way I wrap them ? Thank you

I did this, but it’s not drying. It’s been 8 hours and if I touch it the colour rubs off still wet.
