That was amazing! My father had one while I was in high school and it was so wierd to drive the first time! But ours was the ugly blue with an inline six that did 0-60 mph in 2 days, 4 hours and 26 minutes!
Talk about a walk down memory lane! I remember seeing (in person) the "Little Red Wagon" doing wheelies down Irwindale Drag Strip when I was around 10 years old! A couple years ago I was at Pomona, (Winternationals? World Finals? Not sure.) and I saw the original Little Red Wagon. Sadly, it had been wrecked but they kept it as it was after the wreck and had it on display. They built another one and it was right there too. I took pictures of them both. I was born in the San Gabriel Valley and have lots of memories of the late 60's and early 70's drag racing. I currently live less than 2 miles from the Pomona Fairgrounds, when the top fuelers run, my windows at home rattle! 🥰 Thanks for the memory Jared!
Reminds of when I was growing up in the 60's and my uncle was a mechanic from the early 50's until the 2000"s. our neighbors oldest son had one with the 300cid straight 6, and with mod's could run high 11's, low 12's. Always loved them but needed more people room.
I love your new channel, I used to have a 57 Chevrolet pickup that I was rebuilding into a pro street. I wound up selling it about 7 years ago due to back and neck problems. I miss it like a child sometimes. Keep doing what you do on both channels. 👍
Dodge was chasing the success of Ford with these (Chevy and Volkswagen also had versions of this kind of truck). So few of the Dodge's exist anymore and while this one has been quite a bit customized, always glad to see one out there.
I love it. My high school buddy had one and we would go cruising in it after school.... he was a gearhead also... if 3 people went cruising one would set on the motor cover ..... Great video........00TG from Illinois....
@@FreedomGarage ya .... if I drew the short straw so to speak , I was the one that sat on the warm motor cover packing hitters.....lmao..... shits real.......
You can tell that there was a lot of work put into that ride. I wonder if Stellantis can come up with anything this original? Thanks for showing this to us, it is sweet!
Admittedly I really only subbed as a algorithm help, but you made this kinda interesting and I think I'll be back for more! I'm shocked cars could be kinda cool after all but you do a nice job, m'man. Thank you 😁🇺🇸😁
Until I was about 30, I thought those trucks (and the Ford) were the ugliest vehicle ever made. Now I think they are awesome and wish I had the room to add one to my collection.
Yeah, when I was 18, I drove my dad's into an unmarked intersection and t-boned a car. My feet had the floor wrapped up around them after the impact. The thing was still drivable, but you had to have small feet to operate the brake and clutch!
wow, what a short wheel base, man that thing is gonna spin like a top. It looks cool, but what a terrible design. Anyone ever had their radiator start spewing from under the hood?
If you have never had your dad have to slam on the breaks in a car ( NO SEATBELTS ) with a metal dash you haven't lived ! Nor have you got a goose egg on her forehead !
Old School Cool Hippie Mobile. Thank you very much. You and your family have a beautiful and blessed weekend.
Thats a Hot Wheel 🚚

Couldn’t be as bad as a 1986 Hyundai… 0-60 in 19 seconds
My older brother had one of these trucks before he went to Vietnam. It was one of the most fun truck I've ever been in. Sure do miss that truck....

Those Centerline Rims really set this off. This is double cool ! Ten gallon fuel cell with a 440….LOL !
That was a fun little dragster in the 70's.
I'm 70 years old and never seen one, it is really cool
Back in the mid 60s my Grandpa had one of those as a work truck on his 250+ acre dairy farm. Loved riding in it as a kid. Brings back fond memories.
My Dad had one of those when I was a kid. Definitely was nothing like this one. Awesome ride.
loved when u started it up it sounded like the intro to jeff becks song roys toy... 😁👍
Manufactures where much more adventures back then.
Brings back memories. My Dad bought one new in `66 as a shop truck for his auto supply / machine shop. Thanks
Lovely vehicle, I love how clean it looks. Classic vehicles like this are fantastic to see.
I remember one of these back in the 60s had a hemi in the bed and drag raced backwards. It was called the Bardol backwards pick up
Haven't seen one of these for ages. Thanks, Jared.
Woodward Dream Cruise this weekend in Detroit, Michigan. There will be a ton of awesome cars!
That's a good looking ride , also love the old metal dashboard, that red is old school hot rod RED and I love it, goodn Jared .🇺🇸
Don't see those every day. Hell, I really don't remember seeing many back in the day. He did a nice job with it.

Thank you sir 🇺🇸🇺🇸
That's a super sweet ride...
Best vehicle you have reviewed so far in my honest opinion

Oh wow!!! Love it. Gonna need bumpers on it though.
That's a whole different level of cool.
Such a rare truck!
This is the best yet. I would love to own that. Thanks
SWEET /IMMACULATE/STRAIGHT UP BEAUTIFUL RIDE!!!
A beautiful looking and sounding truck.
I love your new channel, I used to have a 57 Chevrolet pickup that I was rebuilding into a pro street. I wound up selling it about 7 years ago due to back and neck problems. I miss it like a child sometimes. Keep doing what you do on both channels. 👍
Very cool!
Beautiful truck! Thanks for showing us!
ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL MEMMORY!!!!!!!!!! THANKS JARED!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Great RestoMod!
The little red wagon was famous for doing wheelies
That thang is f ing awesome
The last one of those I saw had the 225 CID slant-6. This would be a fun truck to drive.
Dodge was chasing the success of Ford with these (Chevy and Volkswagen also had versions of this kind of truck). So few of the Dodge's exist anymore and while this one has been quite a bit customized, always glad to see one out there.
Wow! They sure did it right with that. Super cool. I love the variety you have on the channel. Keepm coming good sir 🇺🇸👍
Thanks! Will do!
How cool, I want one.
Yep those wheelie bars are functional
I’d love this for my collection

I have never seen one before this.
Thanks for watching!
Yeah I want it! Absolutely beautiful! I thought it was gonna be a 3 on the tree/anti theft LOL!! not too many people know how to drive 3 on the tree.
Awesome vehicle! Thank you, Jared!
wow thats a rare piece 😁👍
Very! And the restoration was done right!
I have driven a few of those plus some of the Corvair deliver vans.
Great video I enjoyed it.
Thanks 👍
Nice truck, Jared!! Haven't seen one in a long time!! Beautiful!!!
Amazing restomod! So freakin cool!
Hey, looked for you in Pontiac! Hope you had fun there. Lots of great cars.
I did!
Love those A100's. Not how would have done it but still nice.
You don't see these at all anymore, I think there is one here in Kansas that I remember seeing
Way cool!!
That's badass bro
Keep it up!!!!
Jared- check out the wheelie bar, I'm not going to do it cuz it's not my car...
Me- do it! do it!
LOL!
Bad ass!
Admittedly I really only subbed as a algorithm help, but you made this kinda interesting and I think I'll be back for more! I'm shocked cars could be kinda cool after all but you do a nice job, m'man. Thank you 😁🇺🇸😁
Cool 😎
Dodge A100. YOU are the bumper cushion...
I love it
Cool truck!…
Sure is!
I think you should release some of the video on how load it really was inside the cab. I know a lot of people would love it.
the sound from the mics was just crackling and cancellation.
Then I wish you could do a redo. Or you can make up for it with another awesome vehicle! 😁
Like a kid in a candy store.
Until I was about 30, I thought those trucks (and the Ford) were the ugliest vehicle ever made. Now I think they are awesome and wish I had the room to add one to my collection.
C. O. O. L !!! I want a special deal?
My Grandpa had one of those...Algorithm fueler
How the hell did they fit a 440 big block in there! Must have been some cutting and rewelding. Some gentle persuasion.
it is showhorned in...lol
Want!
😎👌👍🖖✌🤓
No wiper blades?
For a minute I thought they had hacked up an A Van !!
Looks like a death trap. I would rather have the wheels well in front of me. But it does look fast.

I have always liked the A100, and the Ford clone.
Couldn't hear the engine for the music.
Kinda sucks those aren't full function zoomies.
I’d buy it but I’m too poor
