5) UPSC only recommends ( does not select ).

There is a similar case in Kerala as well. IAS Asif K Yousuf was allegedly submitted fake OBC certificate. He is still in service. But as far as I know he was not given commission by the President of India

It isn't Just UPSC that'll come under highlight but DoPT as well. Because despite her fake medical certificates, DopT allowed her to serve in the office as a probationary that too near by home district as a punishment.
By rules, probationaries never allow to serve their nearby home district,even though she was allowed.
Her father is a retired civil servant who recently stood for elections in Maharashtra, which he miserably lost, her mother on the other hand threatened farmers with a gun to acquire land in Mulshi district Pune.
Don't have any records on her Grandfather but it was speculated that hee too was a Civil servant.
I can bet on my life that A generational government official who’s filthy rich and has strong political connections would never go to jail.

I study in a reputed government medical college in AP. And my friends claim that they have made their own SC/EWS caste certificate with the help of some 'jugaad' in their town. The college can't do anything about it, government can't do anything about it. This is India and this is the country we live in.

It's everywhere man, let me tell you some of my friends did made false income certificate just to receive the scholarship and other benefits while pursuing btech... And it really feels bad and heartbreaking where we just barely crosses 2 lakh 50 thousand income mark and still don't ask for benefits while they having turnover more than 10to15 lakh fake for 50 thousand income.

If you don’t have knowledge, then why are you making unnecessarily misleading videos. Hiring or dismissing anyone from central services is not the work of Upsc. It is DOPT. Upsc only conducts recruitment procedure and not actually employs or dismiss anyone. Secondly, for fake certificates, the person herself can be prosecuted and not the institution because the institution itself is defrauded in the case. Thirdly, it seems that you are not a genuine citizen of this country, but an ISI or CIA pop it who is working to destroy trust in Indian state and society. Knowingly or unknowingly, you are working against state of India by furnishing misleading facts in many your videos.

UPSC is not at fault in this case as UPSC properly did Prelims, Mains and Interview part and Initially UPSC denied her appointment too because she didn't appeared for medical examination of PwD category 5 certificate then later she went to the Delhi HighCourt which favoured the decision in her favour and led to her appointment and DoPT is the main culprit which didn't did a background check regarding her OBC certificate & allow her to Join the services..
Now the Central Govt. formed a panel to probe row involving probationary IAS officer Pooja Khedkar..
It's a test case for the UPSC , DoPT & our Govt. let's see what happens next..

Real culprit here is DoPT which allowed her to go for training without checking her PwD & OBC non creamy layer certificate and despite she escaped her medical examination 6 times for PwD certificate. DoPT babus under political or bureaucratic influence did this wilingly..

After watching your videos I always get one more reason to Leave india and settle abroad. Everyone say that settling abroad is not the solution and instead one should something for the betterment of this country but what I believe is whoever has tried to do something good for this country has been always pushed backwards. These corrupt people will never allow you to do something good. I am so frustrated…..can’t explain it in words.
Loyalty doesn't mean that one should not leave one's country. If you get a better chance abroad you should grab it.

We are getting obc certificates atleast visiting 3 times MRO office even for renewal of certificate though everything is correct.They own audi and wealth of 40 crores but gets certificates and we lose seats because of these people😢😢😢.UPSC compromised

I remembered when i had my first job. There was a boy who joined. After a year or so he said to my colleague randomly in a talk that he has disability. We were like what??? He said kyu majak kar rahe ho ap ko sab pata to hai. No one from us dared to ask him about what kind of disability he has thinking it might be rude.
