Oh I totally agree, I hope that it won't take me a couple more years to be ready for this, but I feel this community will be sold out long before I am ready, and both the community and the Floyd area look wonderful to me.

I live and teach in NoVA...which because of DC is too.much like back home on Long Idland Ny with the traffic, noise, cost of living. Western VA is the last part of VA for me to explore and I may have to.... was looking at Tenn but know nothing about the state or how it is in the mountains much at all...have driven out there towards the ridge to get a chair from ebay at least and went to Luray as a kid. I think I'll be visiting. Not sure what opportunities there are as im still working 😅
Check with DC Zoning, I've heard that Tiny Homes are legal in backyards in DC (people are being allowed to rent their yards to a Tiny Home). This was true 5 years ago when we lived there.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ The community is coming along nicely. However, I don't see a number to these TinyHomes, where do these tenants receive their mail & packages? Plus where do they buy their groceries, nearest hospital etc.
The closest post office is only a few miles away. Grocery store and the town of Floyd is only 10 minutes away. Thanks for watching!

quaint, that red one is a bit……ghetto but serves its purpose. This type of community development is a necessity for us now. Saying no to big government, big pharma, processed foods are the signs of the times. Self governance is right use is a must. Hats off to you kind sir ❤

I have a question. About the underneath and sealed to make sure no bugs come in that’s my concern. Bugs and or critters is it well protected?
