Awesome thank you. I kinda got stuck on reassembly but watched your video a few times and was able to disassemble and reassemble successfully. Huge thanks!
SRO came with two sets of screws. The longer set was too long but the shorter set seems to be holding. I don’t know the specifics of the size but could probably find out. SRO mounts directly to the factory optic plate installed before it shipped. I used loctite 243 and let it set for 24 hours before initial range outing.
I have a heck of a time getting my re-assembled Have to get a bud to do it I got a huge scratch in the slide trying and before I can get it coated, ported and barrel cut flush and crowned I need to be a key I re-assemble without another scratch
Been having the same issue. The slide stop is a bitch to get in correctly for some reason then the whole thing gets jammed up because it’s not seated correctly? Not exactly sure what happens. I put a few tiny scratches on mine from the slide stop slipping up and hitting the frame. I am going to sit down and disassemble/reassemble the gun as many times as it takes to be proficient at it.
@@oceaser6977 been screwing with mine and can get it together just fine now. Feel stupid putting scratches on mine. Going to happen sooner or later I guess
I think you are referring to the detent in front of the safety. That little nub that extends out is connected to a spring and should depress inward (backward toward the rear of the gun) when you push down on the slide stop to insert into the slide. As long as the cutout notch in the slide lines up with the elipse on the slide stop you should be able to push downward and force the detent back enough to allow the slide stop to click into place. There is some resistance when you press down to seat the slide stop and you’ll feel a little click once the detent moves backward and out of the way allowing the slide stop to drop into the slide. Hope this makes sense.

Beautiful pistol 👍🏽
at 6:38 you can see a small pin sticking forward where the slide lock lever goes in. I can't get it past there, damnit. Any hints?
