*During his almost 40-year career in motion pictures Tom Keene worked under three different names. From 1923, when he made his first picture, until 1930 he worked under his real name George Duryea. The last film he made under this name was Pardon My Gun. Beginning with the 1930 film Tol'able David, he used Tom Keene as his moniker. This name he used up to 1944 when he changed it to Richard Powers. The first film he used this name in was Up in Arms. He continued to use this name for the rest of his film career.*
Here’s a comment for all you cartoon fans too. Tom Keene’s (George Duryea real name in silent films) first wife Grace Stafford was the voice for that red headed “Woody Woodpecker”.
The end part the Judge wasn't able to got the chance to clear the young Johnson , i understand the heroin declared it for everyone though , so that's how early films were done in those days. Still great to watch a lesson on being on the better side of the LAW always.

Thanks for the information about Tom Keene. Gives me more to look for on him.
@@grizzlycountry1030 I’m curious as to why he changed from George to Tom; and also to Richard Powers🍕
