I just joined and bought the anabolic and prime. I’m 52 d2, a heart attack survivor (died for 1 minute) and on ozempic. I have managed to lose 45 pds and now weigh 150 by light weights and walking , swimming. I’m ready to get my grove on with weights and get fitter eating a lot of protein! ♥️😂

Dude … my mom sent me to Minisubee for a brief time in Summer. She was an aerobics instructor across the street, Postle athletic club in buffalo grove ,Il.
They had like 20 toilets all lined up for everyone to go at once.
No doors. No privacy. Well,me at 4yrs old wasn’t having it. Needless to say … I had my own potty time & then I think I probably cried enough that I got to go to work with my mom. I had to hide under the desk when the boss came in, but I thrived being around older people and physical fitness. 😂😂😂

In regard to “outsourcing the thinking part of a workout”….I’ve been working phase 1 & 2 of maps split with a few variations of exercises I simply “feel more” in the target muscles. Basically a month of high rep, a month of lower rep. 💪🏼

05:45 it has to do with the process. It's sprayed from the get go. Then it's heated & crushed (when you heat unsaturated fats they oxidize a.k.a. go ransid right there). Then several chemical solvents are used to separate compounds that are non-ingestable (otherwise you could drink the oil from your car) then refined& filtered for consistance and finally deodorized so that it doesn't smell terrible & you buy and consume it (basically covering up the smell of the hexane remnants and other additives used in the process). So basically it's less natural than the petrol in your car, which goes back to the point of just because it's natural, you shouldn't ingest it.

8:06 For Adam, instead of thinking of “seed oils” think of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), i.e. canola oil, soy oil, sunflower oil, etc. All of the highly processed oils with high PUFA levels would be bad for your skin as well. Over time they cause oxidative stress which is damaging. Some natural seed oils also have high PUFA levels and oxidize quickly. Think of how fast an avocado browns when exposed to air, highly reactive so not a great option. That is why you are seeing a lot of natural skin products with tallow becoming popular right now.

I have a memory from when I was three. I went on a walk with my dog while my mom was taking care of my baby brother. She realized that I was not at home and called everyone to try to find me. Meanwhile, I was fine and came back home to find the fire department, sheriff department and everyone looking for me.

Gentlemen, please look into the potential side effects of synthetic Vit D3 supplementation. I'd love to try KOH, but won't because of this added in. It's tough to be skeptical and use the logicical approach you are talking about with something that is promoted to be a harmless beneficial supplement, but we must be skeptical and logical to grow and learn. Cheers
    Edit: Maggie Spoon Treats tho...🤤

16:00 sugar in it's natural form still glycates whatever it comes in contact with (enzymes, tissues, etc) and so it's still disturbing regular function and so damaging (short- or long-term...that's actually the problem 'cos people usually see it as "well, I didn't die from it" where the answer actually is "not today, or next week, but surely in 25 years". There is a lack of understanding that illnesses and signs of aging above let's say 50 are not natural but a result of accumulated damage that could be avoided).
The amount of glucose a human body can handle without damage is: 1. very personal and situational, depends on a huge number of things 2. way less than you'd think 3. tightly controlled by the body that is also capable of producing it right when it's needed, so exogenous glucose is non-essential.

You're kidding, right? Basically what you say is: seed oils put on the skin are not bad, because one of our sponsors use them in their product. ...sorry, what?
The answer to Adam's question is: yes, seed oils are just as bad on the skin as ingested, natural or not. While natural oils may not disrupt the microbiome of the skin, your body is assimilating the substance and it's about the unsaturated structure of those oils that will be detrimental. Anyone using that product, be aware of burning in the sun, good luck with oxidation a.k.a. aging....
Co-evolved with nature yes, but that doesn't mean it is good for us. Arsenic, mercury, etc. are found in nature too, you still can die, so no, you're wrong. This is again a not thought through opinion broadcasted as truth.😢
I love you guys as long as it's about training & being dads and family stuff. As soon as it's about bio-chemistry, it would be great, if you were much more careful in what you say online. A lot of people take your words for granted, that's responsibility, I know you know that, so please start to act like it....
