I was so excited for this figure when it was announced and I preordered it immediately. Tobey’s Spider-Man movies are my 3 favorite so this was an instant buy and I’ve either bought or preordered every new Tobey figure including the hot toys

- Lenses frames should be gunmetal too to match the movies
-Physique could've been better. When you think of Tobey's Spidey you usually picture beefy physique

I agree. I just got this in the mail after watching this, and it's basically perfect. I love that it feels loose enough so you never feel like you're straining anything, but stable enough so it stays in any pose you put him in.
I still remember seeing the first film in theaters when I was 5, I’m 26 now and this figure brought me back to that moment.

Hi, I agree with most things. You described everything nicely in detail. The only problem I have with this figure is that when I bend him, his body creaks terribly. Yes, I know that it can be different for each piece, but with mine, I'm actually afraid that I will break the figure when I hear the screeching sound.

Damn I just love that figure, it's like the old Toybiz Spidey from back then just evolved into some even more amazing and it shows. I hear a lot of saying that grinning head it comes looks weird and that just doesn't look like Tobey Maguire, but disagree, I think it's fine and still looks like Tobey a lot, just as much as the serious faced head 😎 I can’t believe my copy of the figure has a lose left leg, why do a lot of copies have a lose left leg anyway? That’s weird, I want a copy that doesn’t have that, and idk when or if I’ll buy another copy, if I do end getting another one, I hope it doesn’t have the same qc issue as the previous, I want that wall crawling arachnid PROSECUTED!

It's definitely a good figure to get, but the only problem with it is the elbow parts at 7:40 it kinda looks like Andrew's suit, but I'm sure that it isn't too much of a big deal.

as someone who's trying to start a collection and has a pretty limited budget, is there any serviceable spider-man figure i could find in the $25 range? it doesn't have to be super high quality or anything, but something around marvel legends quality would be nice.
I recommend the marvel legends amazing fantasy Spider-Man. Other than that there’s no really no other ones at the moment. I’d wait to see what releases in the coming months

I always loved the goofy laughing toby head but i didn't like the other one at first, until I noticed it look exactly like that one shot were the camera slowly raps around his head when he's looking away then he looks at the camera
