    I have a friend who has it, and through digging I found that the depression caused by pernicious anemia is because there's an acid that builds in the brain because there's a lack of b12 to clear it, but that also there's amino acids that boost enzymes which clear that acid. I noticed two of those were popular and sold together because they're both branched chain amino acids. (BCAAs) usually body builders take it but she seems to be doing better and not having as much depression after taking it. also yesterday I learned that clam chowder I guess has 5x the amount of b12 you need in a day.

    Ive got anemia its mild but the dr thinks its a b12 deficiency
