How do you manipulate the 3D spline without it getting all wonky in one direction? I can't find online how to lock direction along an axis, it just seems to move through space in any direction.
When ever i do a surface loft on image 7 and 8 it appears like a folded piece of paper at the top half of the door. Im following step by step but still have this issue?
You have to use the 'Surface Loft' command. You might be using the 'Lofted Boss/Base' command. Surface Loft isn't shown in the toolbar by default, you have to go to Insert->Surface->Surface Loft
