For the next fork that has this issue, you can drill some holes on the cartridge that's stuck, and make it an open bath cartridge... maybe... haha. It worked on my DJ2 and my Z1 Sport, not sure if that was the issue here, but air gets inside the cartridge when it compresses over time and causes it to get stuck on some Zokes.
