Don't get me wrong im not knocking your rods as I personally have seen them in action. Obviously not the same as the ones you are using but my older Drennan IM8'S are fantastic rods for long chucks and have won me a lot of money. 👍

What he said about keeping momentum then speeding it up to cast is wrong . It's the opposite . Bring rod back . Stop . Allow feeder to load rod , then your left hand brings the butt into torso keeping right arm stiff ( right handed ) . The power comes from left arm . Watch Mark Hutchinson videos for right way to cast for distance .
