I’m new to ruler quilting and hope some one can answer my question. Because you do a lot of traveling in the ditch when you ruler quilt, it seems to me that at some point you would need to make sure you have stitched in all the ditches. Otherwise, on the back of the quilt there will be a lot of randomly placed straight lines. Am I right in thinking this?

I’m new to ruler quilting and hope some one can answer my question. If I'm doing stitch-in-the-ditch work I make sure to stitch in all of the ditches. :)
