@LightitUpSB I follow a lot of running channels and even as passionate about running as I am just listening to someone breath out there backside for a full run gets a bit tedious to say the least 😆.. i dont mind a bit of passion tho 😅. The commentary breaks its up and you do a great job with it so credit where it's due. Look forward to seeing more 😎👌
@@robertsue7586 very good point and testament to the shoes and the perceived effort they allow me to run at. For reference I’ve done a marathon with a 175 average and so this was just over my full marathon effort 🙌🏻 I need to remember to wear my proper chest strap to get the best HR data I can. thanks for watching!
What a great video! Thanks so much for pacing, they really help at parkrun. 20 minute 5k is my dream time, currently at 23:30 so I have a lot of work to do.
Hey buddy, great video as normal. Quick question. I have just started using the insta360 camera on my channel, and have been adding running stats onto the screen, like you have done, but I cant seem to see the running cumulative time that you have on the bottom right, is this added through the insta360 go video software or outside?
@@RunningwithMA hey dude, I’ve added it myself- email me and I’ll send a how to- too long for a UA-cam comment but it’s easy once you know! Check my bio for the address :)
Well done, great pacing and video. I was interested in what you said at the end about 5k pacing. I’ve run sub twenty a few times and last year even got under 19 mins twice, but…. In my head getting under twenty is such a big deal still. Somehow need to convince myself that 20 mins +\- a few seconds is new “standard” time for me with occasional push to 19. Easier said than done though, hoping I’ve not plateaued a few weeks short of 59th birthday. 😂 Glad you like your new Adidas Pro 4’s. I’ve gone to Puma Fast R 2’s as main race shoe, supplemented by Takumi Sen 8’s. My Pro 2’s have a thousand miles in and still feel great, but not much rubber left. 😂 Pro 4’s next, when some new colours are available. 😀
@@johnhiggins674 blimey John that’s mega!! Fantastic work. It’s been a big thing for me over the last few weeks where something has clicked and now this pace at just below 20 is no longer a stress which makes running a sub 19 feel doable and a sub 40 10k in reach too. Got a 10k race next week and I’m just gonna hit out hard and see what happens- only one way to find where the limit is! Just gotta keep hitting those runs at that pace and it’ll come! It’s as much mental for sure!!! I like the look of those puma elite 3s- but gonna go for the adidas SL evo for training shoes next! Thanks for reaching out!
@@chiz_dog1238 they all run a sub 17-19 so as soon as they start they’re long gone!!! All really nice blokes and ladies and they always make sure they’re fully safe and out the way :)
As someone at the back of Parkrun's really enjoy these to see the effort you guys put in, look forward to watching these,

Top pacing and great video and commentary 👌 kept me hooked all the way 🎣 new sub 😎
