One thing I dislike about arcane reborn and this is just one thing is the level gap between angel and pyramid. I always defeat angel around lvl 220 and have to grind to lvl 280, this has made me give up on so many accounts.
I don't think it's a problem to have a higher max level than that required to finish the storyline, it just means there's more things to do after completing it. I see the issue at the level required to be able to beat the boss effectively (of course without the need for assistance). Having to grind or to call in a friend just so you are can progress in the game just is a bad practice. It makes the game feel stale because grinding is usually just doing the same thing over and over again. I'm not saying that you should be able to just breeze through everything, I'm saying that you need to be actually capable of beating the boss when you reach it for the first time.
Yes I agree its just fine to have a higher max level than what you will have after the storyline. The problem arises when quests/dungeons aren't enough to get you to that max level point (especially the side ones).
i know it’s said before and unrelated but goodness, legacy really went all in those boss particles
yes, i like too

RIGHT??? Thats like the biggest issue with progression in my opinion rn 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
pretty sure doing kairo dungeon is still a viable level grind for that level. Then pyramid ofc.
