I used such remote control to make my own way of opening the door with an RFID tag.
The door locks itself on night lock each time I close it, but opens with the tag.
When you remove the circuit board out of the remote control housing, and you connect 2 wires instead of the push button on the board,
you can make all kind of ways to open that door.
This switch is minuscule. You need a tiny soldering iron and a good pair of magnifying glasses.
You can disassemble the switch on the board, and use the remains to solder the wires on.

With the app, do you have to find and open the app up manually to use the app, or do you get a notification when you approach the door?
If it’s the first one, then the app seems pretty useless. Having to faff about getting your phone out, find the app, launch the app and then swipe down would takes ages compared to just using a key.

That 'wire free' charger is basically a powerbank.
First you charge the powerbank, and the powerbank charges the lock.
Why not have an adapter connected permanently, with a battery as a backup.

I’m unable to switch from manual mode to auto mode. So the lock is not auto locking at moment. How do I switch to auto mode so the lock can auto lock? I tried the following as per instructions: “m” is currently displayed at top>> Press “M/A” / Immediately Error occurs>>Red flash above “CODE”. No opportunity to press code. Unable to enter code. What step am I missing?

@@mrjsm88 it has to be done by an authorized dealer through a tool .. which I did . And I think this tool is being sold online aswell
