if i boil wash my rainbow high after fixing her eyeliner with a watercolor pencil , the make up will come off? Do you know any permanent product?

Usually to remove makeup you need to use a acetone free nail polish remover or sand it off - to re add new permanent makeup you need
Doll face up supplies (sealant, mask, watercolour pencil ect)

Awww then just acrylic paint should be fine but yah if you wanna seal it - you need sealant and have to wear a mask before you use it
