I don't know about show or movie writer, but there is community for comic novel or manga, where they rate each other, and if it does well it will be converted in anime which makes money, sometimes when manga or comic novel is doing good, after fews chapter they take their comic or manga to premium and make money it. Maybe taking inspiration from that would help
They are not at all looking for new writers. I have been trying to reach out to talent agencies with my script. They absolutely don't respond to writers.

Infact there was a reality show on KBS back in 2010-11 which was a story telling competition.. why can't we have such show in india..???

AIB did with the so called 'AIB First Draft' to hunt down talented writer through out the country... long time back .
