It’s a starter company di*k head… im a rookie fresh out of school and work at western and i have no problems backing or driving, there’s plenty of great drivers here, with over 50k employees there’s bound to be accidents.. worry abt your super trucking/no shower taking, pee bottle storing cdl job.. we’re doing just fine here at western
