I learned Japanese at a very young age(12 years old) and so I can speak it just as good as English now. I have many friends in Japan and I've found that its not as rare as you'd think to have a high body count here. I had one girl I was friends with who was 16 and she had a body count of 20+. I dont live in Japan anymore, but I grew up in Japan, immigrating to Canada when I was 16. I go back at least once a year, as I have lots of friends and family there. I've done a fair share of the club scene there.
This video is definitely picking the outliers. Japanese women's views on sex, especially casual sex, isnt much different from the west. Like any other country, you have the small minority with large numbers.
When it comes to sex, I would say the only real difference is what is considered cheating there in Japan.
If it is the same as the west then Japanese womens' view on sex is overly free and they did not pick that extreme of outliers.

This is why I never got married when I lived in Japan. I lived there a number of years and saw Japanese women true colors. What this video did not say is that high school prostitution is wide-spread there. In a Tokyo newspaper it reported on a 17 year old Japanese girl who was a high school drop out. She was also a pimp! She confessed to the cops that she had introduced 27 high school girls to grown men (from which she received a commission). It was also reported there were 2 middle school girls there who were doing prostitution. These two confessed to the police that one of their customers was the father of one of their classmates! I lived in Japan for 3 years. The girls there down to date foreigners did have really high body counts. Clubs and love hotels were a routine for them. Week in and week out. There were girls in the US who had 20-200 partners at my high school in the 1990s. It wasn’t a lot of them, but still some. I imagine it is much the same everywhere. As a person who lives in Japan and is married to a Japanese woman, I can tell you. Having a super high body count is very common here. Keep in mind that Japanese women are able to sleep not just with Japanese men but with men from all over the world (i.e. Americans, Europeans, Koreans, Chinese, Latinos, etc.). NOT to mention that every year they have a festival (Kanamara Matsuri) where they worship penises and women will pray to it to get pregnant.
