I have the 22 with the pop top. These are far more capable boats than i though they would be. Been caught out in 3t knot winds a few times and she has never let me down.
Great sailing footage, the boat and you seemed comfortable in the conditions. Great job. I sail a VN 23, very similar to your V 22, these boats sail well and when not over canvased handle most conditions anyone would want to sail in. Thanks for posting, good to see a similar boat out on a breezy day.
I like the way the transom on the Venture has a cutout for the outboard. My outboard is mounted on a bracket, and it is a hassle to use sometimes because it is kind of a long reach to get to it.
@@jim1934 It's still in the water, but the bottom needs a cleaning and paint. It's too frustrating to sail it the way it is. We're focusing on modifying a Pocket Rocket and launching it. Really looking forward to getting back out there!
