for devices/peripherals there are websites that list out what pros are using the most. thats a good reference. as far are computer hardware, any midrange pc with up to date components should be good enough (strictly speaking for CS2 demands)

Yes, there is less input delay. I’m pretty sure even if you’re getting 300 plus fps on max settings, there is still going to be a high amount of delay compared to lower settings.
just to clear some stuff up - anisotropic filtering has nothing to do with skins looking better - it is just a sharpness setting for textures. shaders is the one which does make ur skins look good or ugly. idk why maschine acts like he doesn't know anything. i mean all these settings are nothing new to a pc player who watched in any options menu at least once, lol.

how to fix this low fps feeling in game? I have RX 6600XT and 240hz monitor, while playing and moving the mouse I feel like it's much lower than 240hz, the vertical sync option turned on fixes the issue and the game feels very smooth but also gives the lag input which is destroying my aim.. 100%, If you put HDR on performance and sit inside of a smoke you can see the separation of colors trying to make grey (looks like an old school crt), where Quality has a much cleaner and smoother image

@@xlgapelsin6173 well, im an extreme overclocker (ln2 and dryice) since i was 10yo +-, i know what settings to use for performance and have multiple world records in that regard, frequency, 3d mark etc to this day... he plays a lot and is an aim god but it doesn't mean he knows anything technical, i saw this cringe video and just saw bs, you need to mess with latency and tweak windows, tweak control panel, disable geforce experience etc, there is so much to do and he did the opposite even on monitor side! Thing is, they are aimbot machines, but they are not hardware engineers by any means, if they know where the graphics card is, i would be surprised. For my monitors i use a professional image calibration tool (+350€ alone) to proper calibrate image to its best (photo editors, videographers etc sometimes use this)...so its all good but game pros don't know shit about settings or technology in general, they use whatever and play good anyway, i bet you they could have a 60hz monitor, compete and win.

boost simply keeps gpu are max voltage/frequency curve, it will give more fps or same but more consistent depending on temps and throttles etc, never less..
Also nvcp needs to be messed with, there is a lot here so wrong idk where to start, but kids think they know anything about computer performance and tweaking lol
