You can't prime, paint and polish a car that quickly without a lot of problems coming back to haunt you.. I'm doing an mgb at the moment and I spend a few days at least between stages putting the car in sun, etc, watching and fixing before moving on to the next stage.
I realise now that the staging in this show is to ad drama not for car enthusiasts but other family members who might enjoy it for the personalities. Hope your in good health Bernie.

well spotted, didn't spot it myself had to go back and have a look. doing one myself at the moment. when i bought it, it said all welding done i even put it through an mot and ran it for a year. when it came to restoring it i took off the underseal and it was like a patchwork quilt. now needs both rear wheel tubs, both rear wings. boot floor, complete sill sections, both floor sections and a dash side panel.

Then at 5:18 look at the headlight after Bernies paint “effort”! Still corroded with green paint on - then suddenly like new when finished ! Load of shit programme
