The Punk pop was mental. I loved Edge's return at the Rumble - you could see how emotional he was. But my all time favourite was Bray's return at Extreme Rules - the lights going down, the puppets and fiend in the crowd, "he's got the whole world in his hands", then the door, the mask, the lantern. Dude, Enzo & Cass was the reason I started following wwe on a weekly basis. I knew a lot about wrestling beforehand, but never watched week to week until I saw their promos popping up on UA-cam. I miss them so much.
Best outta nowhere finisher? Sweet Chin Music, Shawn Michaels ruined superkicks for me. No one does it like him especially because he always gets the right distance between himself and the opponent to get a fully extended leg, not any of the wet noodles that they throw out nowadays where they always get too close so the legs are always bent to protect anyone taking the move. But since Shawn Michaels probably won't be performing in any physical capacity anymore, it goes to the RKO. Stunner takes some setup and it takes away just enough for the RKO to win over
3:19 I remember this in real time ❤ First time seeing Edge after the attitude era. So good. I heard you say you started watching a bit later, how old are you brother? I’m 32 for example. Not sure if that plays a role in when we started watching.

NXT Black and Gold is the best era. All the independent talent that went through there was insane. Now it’s mostly home grown talent which is not bad. The Gargano and Ciampa feud was amazing.
One thing they NEED to stop...besides erasing Snuka from memory, is to stop pulling out these 80+ year old mid-card throwbacks during the Rumble to throw 5 punches and do a finisher...

Benoit, the wrestler, is arguably top 5 all time. The person is not so much, but you can't argue he didn't deserve the pops he got in his prime.
Benoit made his choices, but I think Vince not giving a damn about CTE, brain damage, and Roid rage contributed
Sami’s chair shot to Roman at Rumble needs to be here.
