Thanks for Asking this question look carefully again its not posterior to heart rather its inferior surface of heart as heart is a trapezoidal structure and it sits on diaphragm ( a partition between thoracic and abdominal cavities) and this surface touches diaphragm that is why this surface is called inferior or diaphragmatic surface.

Asalam O Allaikum literally means peace upon you , its not an abuse or something with bad meaning. And you are a student just take what you need out of it, Don not get offended by other's religion or beliefs, believe in what you want to believe and don't try to school others.
