As a console player, I'm still impressed at how well the masters players did. Generally speaking there isn't much of a difference between how PC and console play, but Genji is one of the exceptions. He's so much harder to play when using a controller

A decent amount of high rank console players are using xim for m+k anyway. You're already playing against hitscans that use a mouse, even if you don't always notice it

About bronze and silver looking similar, the difference could be macro of the 5v5 game. Game knowledge can take you a long way, even if you have mid mechanics
So, the difference between Bronze and Plat is pretty astronomical. The difference between Plat and GM mechanically seems far smaller. Which means, game sense makes the bulk of whether you rank higher or not. Interesting watch!
I'm diamond, peaked at masters 2. If you put me in a 1v1 on stream I'd be so nervous that I'd probably look bronze. As a big streamer, you're used to it. But that's some seriously spooky shit for people who aren't used to it

Having a console go against a pc player is not really an accurate test of skill, you should have genji pc players of every rank go against each other, not this bs
But.. did you for example get a Bronze 1 and Silver 5 and call that Bronze and Silver because that's not a valid description. A More accurate setup would be if everyone was the same tier division and more specifically the mid tier -> Bronze 3 -> Silver 3 -> Gold 3 -> Plat 3 -> etc.. Essentially mid rank of each rank tier. Because 1 division isn't much difference and a player can shuffle between 1-3 ranks very easily so even a Silver 2 and Gold 5 could be the same overall. For instance where both are really Silver 1 but one had some off games and fell to Silver 2 the other had some solid wins and bumped up to Gold 5.
Not sure what your seeing here but if your referring to the quick pull towards or the pull away after los was lost. Its because console Genjis basically have to play with wild aim settings to even keep up at that level. If Aim assist is not kicking in they wont even be able to control their aim at all with the wild settings they have to use.
