Thanks for this amazing information !! If you don't find a means of multiplying money, you will wake up one day to realize that the money you thought you had, has finished. Investment is key, I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Very true, I started investing before the pandemic and that same year I pulled a profit of about $750k with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance from *ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* who's a guru in the game, you can be passively involved with the aid of a professional.

    5 Rules:
    1. 0:40 - go after what you want

    3. 5:41 - take care of each other
    4. 8:47 - listen first, speak last, don't agree or disagree but ask

    Lesson one:
You can go after whatever you want, you just cannot deny anyone else to go after what they want. You don't have to do it the way everybody has done it.
    Lesson two:
Sometimes you are the problem. You can take all the credit in the world for things that you do right, as long as you also take responsibility for the things you do wrong.
    Lesson three:
Take care of each other. If you wanna be a lead worrier, you must be really really good at helping the person to the left of you and helping the person to the right of you.
    Lesson four:
Be the last that speaks. It gives everyone the feeling, that they have been heard. And it gives you the benefit of hearing the others before you take action. Understand what they are saying.
    Lesson five:
As you gain for example position, people will treat you better. None of that is for you, it's for your position. It's for the level you have achieved of leader. Be grateful for them, but remember. They are not for you...

    1. Go after the things you want. You can do it your way, just don't prevent others from getting what they want.
    2. Sometimes, you're the problem! Take responsibility for your actions.
    3. Take care of each other. Accept help when you need it, and offer it when others do.
    4. Be the last to speak. Keep your opinions to yourself, ask questions, why they think what they do.
    5. Remember humility and gratitude. All the "stuff" is for your position, not you.

I've watched this a few times over the past couple of years and i just picked up at the start where Simon goes "offer you...some observation" which is a very clever choice of word because i almost expected him to say "offer you some advice" which is essentially what he is doing but the word "advice" would've made him come across as someone that has more knowledge and dominance over you where as "observation" invites you to share his experience at the same level....and it all loops back to his final point about humility....great speech

The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

On the Navy Seals. Dr. Andrew Huberman studied it. The training is to deplete everybodies energy by cold and lack of sleep and only those who find (dopamine) energy again and again make it through. It is about setting small goals, like make it to the next meal, and hold on to that and find rewards. You only make it if you can find motivation to go on because nobody can on moral will. That is a great scientific-medical discovery. Set small goals to the bigger goal, set stepping stones to embrace to achieve your goals and you will succeed more likely.

Just more creative metaphors I would think ... and then he "leaned in between two people and didn't deny anyone anything?" Anyone, silly little comment by me, just thought there would be a better way to explain the point.

Absolute Gold. True humility is beautiful. Is helps one serve better. It is one of the most avoided virtues I think because people are so caught up thinking of their “worth”. No one exists in a vacuum and humility helps us see our worth as part of the whole not just to our own self or aims. Looking out for the person next to you makes you even more worthy. Our service to one another enriches us and our worth lies in who we are to others and who we are to God.

He's establishing a fundamental mindset in a narcissistic world. All you have is nothing, once its taken away and its all a matter of time when you lose it. Be thankful you have it and respectful to others who don't. They do open doors for you because they want a whiff of your acceptance and acknowledgement. But once you are done, you're back to opening your own.

The styrofoam cup hits home. I, along with many people, have lived in the Gulf. The life there is extravagant. You get all kinds of perks, enough airline miles to change card levels to platinum, valet parking, doormen, sir, ma'am, etc. I left because I wanted to feel what a styrofoam cup felt like again. I spent all my savings to travel the world, land in Switzerland and start from nothing again--less than nothing ... got feet on the ground and working way up again. But now I hold that feeling again and keep it closer than before. The humility ... there is something so priceless, grounding and relaxing about it! Indeed, I don't need to be attached to a position to deserve a cup :D

Well, to me, both positions are wrong/right depending on the context ... Sometime we have to acknowledge our limits and be ready to work hard to overcome them, i mean it is not always possible to just workaround the problem... For sure many limits we have are psicological tho

I just shared this with my 11 year old and tested him after on what he received from each lesson. These are the things I talk to him about all the time, what I am trying to instill in him and live myself. Thank you Mr. Sinek!

    Respected Sir,
The end was begun the start to all commitments with the support of neighbors and friends but now a days the all the end is changed, the fear get in the moves by the way they are treating and working self guidelines for their families.
The relationship based on the character and strength of relationship with love. The changes started because the all the end moves for their personal saves.
    Thank you very much.

1st lesson: go after what you want
-for as long as you are not cutting off others. You dont have to do it, the way others have done it.
    2nd lesson:
2nd lesson: take accountability for all your actions.
-Everythig happens to you is because of your own choice. Be proud if you are right and admit if you are wrong.
3rd lesson:Take care of each other
-No man is an island, seek for help if necessary but be willing to help if someone is need.
4th lesson:Be the last to speak.
    - practice the skill of letting others to speak first before taking actions. It gives everyone the feeling of being heard. it give you the chance to understand them.
    5th lesson: Stay humble.
-As you gain position, people will treat you better, but remember it is not for you it is for the position you are at.

Its, December 25th 2020, and I understand the that the takeaway is as important as this
    1. You can go after whatever you want you cannot deny anyone else to go after whatever they want (You can break the rules but you cannot get in others way what they want)
    2. Sometimes you are the Problem
    3. Take care of each other
    4. You speak last
    5. None of us deserve the perks that we get

Unfortunately, not everyone will ever agree and only a select few will put these words into practice because theres no way to insert a lot of his information into the majority of life of earth. One can hope and THIS girl will put it into practice! ❤ great speaker and not hard on the eyes at all lol.

I watch this every year and I see how true his words are as I age. I choose a styrofoam cup. I choose to not be treated with the privileges of my position and seniority. I do so regardless of whom I'm working with or working for because I am there to support everyone around me so they can be at their best and achieve their goals. Together as a team, we can accomplish significantly more than having me as their leader and having others follow in my footsteps, hiding in my shadows. I want others to shine. It doesn't matter what my responsibilities are or powers I have, I am no more important than anyone else in this society and I am honoured to get my hands dirty or sit in the mud with anyone so they know they're not alone. That is, in my view, the only way we can grow as a society. With love and kindness.
