I did a very similar mani last year that was inspired by Miranda’s Nail Creations. If you can’t do gel, this method is for you. So I used a sheer blueish green color with flakes (because sparkle ✨ lol). You do one coat of color, stamp over that with a marble plate design, smudge free top coat, do another dip, and so on. Make sure to cap in clear, so you don’t file into the design ❤

I couldn’t love this more! I am an Aqua Fitness instructor, lifeguard, swim instructor. I LOVE anything water related! This is gorgeous! I love your “nublets” too🤣 you have long nailplates so they look longer than most short nails, like mine.. I will try this technique as soon as I can. This week I realized I have onycholysis and it will be months before I can do anything. I’m so sad. I will look forward to doing these nails. Thank you for sharing!💦❤️💦

I just discovered you a few days ago, and have been binging all your vids (even dreaming about nails now 😵💫😆) but I would really love to see a video with just basic info about all the things together in one vid. (gel, dip, uv&led, dip top coat, etc... what to NEVER do, what to always remember....) I know you have a few with ''tips'' but you have sooooo much knowledge, I was just thinking like almost a beginners guide to starting out when you know NOTHING at all.....but maybe you have one already and i didnt find it yet lol ! When you make your own jelly color do you need to clean the brush you mixed it with before putting it back in the bottle of color? If so, how do you do that?
You can.. I didn’t. There’s not enough base to affect the color BUT you can just wipe he brush on a palette or with some alcohol if you’d like!
Would love to do this but with acrylic. I'm allergic to gel.
Not I have to figure out how to do a non-gel version of this 🤔

The only gel polish I have is cream gel, and the technique doesn't work. Boo.
It might work if you mix it with gel base!
