I am in Accounting, Having the Payments go directly to Make Deposits would be a nightmare. I apply some payments directly to our bank account & some payments go to Undeposited Funds. We have several customers & each client is coded differently in QB. I prefer manually applying the [payments myself. Informative video. Thanks

Is there a picklist for parts that are required for repairs daily ? Are there POs that get generated and is the office notified to order parts needed for jobs ?
