But without looking robotic and drone-like. which s an issue I had with quite a few k-pop groups especially from the third-gen from about 2012 - maybe 2016. but also the first few fourth-gen groups had that issue. I absolutely hate this word dance line and visual line. They all work so hard. All of them are always so in sync during ot7 performances. It doesn’t matter if some of them were dancers before or not. They are now all dancers.

@@mahnoorinam8058 - they're all skilled at dancing now, but being in the dance line is something separate. RM and Jin will never be the dance leaders, and that's perfectly ok. A big part of BTS's charm is the different skills, personalities and even looks of the different members.

Dance practices are always great since you get to see all the details without the cuts or camera angles from MVs and shows. Funny thing is, the trumpets in my marching band were doing all that extra movement, lol. I went to an all-black high school in the USA south in the 90s. Choreography and our dance break were just as important as the music. We used the lines on the football field for our markings.

It always blows my mind how they're just so in tune with each other when it comes to their spacing. There are times when one of them will jump backwards into formations without looking and they just land up perfectly where they need to be and also trust the other members are where they're supposed to be.

The amount of work they put into perfecting every move is appalling and if you ever see behind the scene clips, so many of them are passed out on the floor from exhaustion. I find it amazing that their transitions are so seamless. They switch positions without even looking at each other. So much practice and trust amongst each other that when they move, they move as one to their exact position. People really shifted attention to them when they released Dope. So many international reactors were shocked at their precision and synchronization. Other Kpop groups can also deliver the same precision, true. But Bangtan's stage presence is truly one of a kind. Their facial reactions, the way they deliver their songs? Insane. 💜
Daniel, u might not appreciate V’s dancing style but he is our inspiration. He doesn’t come from dancing backgrounds but he work his a$$ off to be in dance line. That’s what inspiring me.
So you didn't hear when he mentioned the 3Js and the added V or you just want to comment unnecessarily. How did he not appreciate V. Asides that,must he mention V? Allow people appreciate whoever they want to appreciate in the group and stop flooding the comments looking for drama. It is not a must that all 7 of them must be praised all the time when someone does a reaction as long as the person is not disrespecting the other members.

This choreo is legendary. Kpop idol trainees do this choreo in their practices. A lot of kpop groups covered this like TXT, ENHYPEN, ASTRO and ATEEZ maybe more.

V is not officially in the danceline. Their choreographer merely said he has improved enough to be part of the danceline but they have not made him one officially. That's why you usually see Jhope,Jimin and Jungkook as the 3Js during danceline practice or danceline performance. V is never among them. Dance practices are always so much fun. There is so much we tend to miss out in the MV or live shows, these videos give us a better view to them all. The recent, Busan concert dance practice video shows how they went back to rehearse on their old songs as they were performing after so long. They have come a long way, but their intro performance , from 8 years ago still takes my breathe away 💜
Their dance practices are so out of the world! There are many and the behind the scenes videos you can really appreciate. However their concept videos take them to another level. They are eye popping and jaw dropping dance videos.

If you check out what they wear on their feet in all their dance practices, they dance barefoot, in flips, boots, sneakers.. and they dance the same in all forms of shoes. There’s also a lot of behind the scenes of them learning the dances. They’re fun to watch.
Daniel was indeed right, you haven't seen all variations of this song. There exists an acoustic version of this song performed by Jimin, V and Jin (who also plays guitar during the performance) and a cute version of the song performed by ot7. There might be more but I can't recall them now.
Food for thought: When trying to guess formations, keep in mind their dance line. They will most likely be in the more visible positions of the formation when starting or ending a song or if doing a dance break. Hence, why it made more sense for Jimin to be in the front line in the formation. I can guess them if they are facing backwards now, but Army that guess by shadows always amaze me 😆
It was pretty common thing to cast on the street back then. Most of companies were not only for singers but also for actors and models. Jin must be casted for sure. He is soooo crazy handsome. I saw him right in front of me(in 2015). Despite I was not army and didn't know about BTS well, he was 'visual shock'(it's korean expression) for me. Nowdays sometimes good looking boys and girls are casted by casting directors even around their middle or high schools.
You mentioned V's expressions - fun fact: he is called the "Idol Textbook" or "Idol of Idols" since younger idols usually refer to him as their inspiration and say that they study his fancams for a masterclass on facial expressions 💜
The thing that impress me every time I watch BTS dance practise vids is their trust that each member will do a great job and everyone will be at where theyre supposed to be. thats why despite this small studio, hella footwork, they dont run on each other and didnt even look at each other when going to positions.. that screams a lottttt of hard work and practise, AND trust that everyone's doing their job right. The amount of work they put into perfecting every move is appalling and if you ever see behind the scene clips, so many of them are passed out on the floor from exhaustion. I find it amazing that their transitions are so seamless. They switch positions without even looking at each other. So much practice and trust amongst each other that when they move, they move as one to their exact position. People really shifted attention to them when they released Dope. So many international reactors were shocked at their precision and synchronization. Other Kpop groups can also deliver the same precision, true. But Bangtan's stage presence is truly one of a kind. Their facial reactions, the way they deliver their songs? Insane. 💜

Their choreographer merely said he has improved enough to be part of the danceline but they have not made him one officially. That's why you usually see Jhope,Jimin and Jungkook as the 3Js during danceline practice or danceline performance. V is never among them.

They have an entire team of choreographers led by Son Sung-deuk who has won many awards for his BTS choreography.
Their dance practices are so awesome! You see it in all its glory, unlike in videos and live performances. You talked a little about them dancing backwards to get into position and that is one of my favorite things. They have to totally trust each other to be where they need to be to prevent collisions and possible injury, and it is just so impressive. I love you all. 💜

Dance practices are always so much fun. There is so much we tend to miss out in the MV or live shows, these videos give us a better view to them all. The recent, Busan concert dance practice video shows how they went back to rehearse on their old songs as they were performing after so long. They have come a long way, but their intro performance , from 8 years ago still takes my breathe away 💜
Their dance practices are so out of the world! There are many and the behind the scenes videos you can really appreciate. However their concept videos take them to another level. They are eye popping and jaw dropping dance videos.

If you check out what they wear on their feet in all their dance practices, they dance barefoot, in flips, boots, sneakers.. and they dance the same in all forms of shoes. There’s also a lot of behind the scenes of them learning the dances. They’re fun to watch.

Food for thought: When trying to guess formations, keep in mind their dance line. They will most likely be in the more visible positions of the formation when starting or ending a song or if doing a dance break. Hence, why it made more sense for Jimin to be in the front line in the formation.

The thing that impress me every time I watch BTS dance practise vids is their trust that each member will do a great job and everyone will be at where theyre supposed to be. thats why despite this small studio, hella footwork, they dont run on each other and didnt even look at each other when going to positions.. that screams a lottttt of hard work and practise, AND trust that everyone's doing their job right. If you wanna see *actual* dance practice, BTS just dropped a bangtan bomb of behind the scenes of their recent yet to come concert where you can see their practice for the concert. It's a longer video with more random footage in the second half so incase if you only wanna watch the practice you can just watch the first half. I really wanna see your reaction to their dance practice. Y'all will love it I know.
