I would strongly recommend this remedy to those who are facing damaged, frizzy, dry and messy hair problem and do not want to use any chemical treatment, I never recommend parlor based keratin treatment as they are quite harmful for our hair in longer run.

How much time you apply it
I used banana mask but in a different way.
Ripe banana + honey + 2 tbsp coconut oil + 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp erand oil + 1 tbsp amond oil + 2 capsule of Vitamin E. All in mixer/ blender to blend properly.
And with it sometimes an egg or sometimes curd ( depending on dandruff existence)
And the result is amazing for my hair but another remedy which I used in my school life is far more better than this one and not costly at all like this one.
I soaked amla, ritha, shikakai (not the packet one) in a iron kodai the previous day. Next day using sil batta I made a paste and with it either egg or dahi. So simple and very effective. The most effective process I have experienced ever.
Iron water or bad water takes toll on hair. So whatever you do if the water quality is not good nothing gonna change.

I tried this with coconut oil, my hair were rough and frizzy after 1st use only I got amazing results, my hair were so soft after washing.
Must try and do it every week to maintain it.

People who have come across videos of this channel I have to say this you can blindly believe this lady because she talks about super affordable remedies to make our hair super beautiful (specially for whom applying chemicals to hair or skin is like nightmare, just like me). Remedies here are ranging from easiest to the toughest one, but one can try remedies as per their convenience. Thank you prerna ji for making us believe in diy's, your remedies do wonders for hair and skin. I have applied banana mask so many times and I must say it gives amazing results. I have even tried it for hair straightening and literally it made hair straight (obviously not that chemically treated hair) but someone who never tried diy's will not believe the results one can get from such masks, fun part is these masks edible too (mostly). Banana mask and rice water are the one's I can believe blindly and rely on. I am love with your home made face wash and body wash, it gives crazy reults. I carry it even when I travel, no matter how clumsy it becomes.

Raatme amla,methi,kalonji vigoke rakhna hain. Subha isko chanke uske Pani se aur pani milana hain. Usi pani me ek chamach lemon juice milaye. Wo pani Subha pe baal shampoo karne ke baad sirf baal me daal dijiye.. pura silky silky ho jayega..aur ye paani aap freeze me store vi kar sakte hain but ofcourse without lemon juice
