Top gun technology, MD - 1 Galaxy 99 V2

Demonstrating several mods on modulation. Including the top gun technology MD-1 and a Sylvania am modulation upgrade.
I should’ve showed it on the oscilloscope. However, that’s in the shop.
Demonstrating how you can get a deep modulation without clipping limiters. Although ultimately your audio tone quality does degrade with deep modulation this is a cheap and relative easy way to get around compression in amplifiers.
This was primarily an experiment.
For true audio clarity, I have found a 4to1 modulation will give you the best. Although every radio set up etc. is different everyone will have different results. Just an interesting result on my end.
