Bon Jovi rehearsing to appear on the television show "Soundstage", which would later be officially edited as "Lost Highway: The Concert". This would be the first time that Bon Jovi played an entire album live following the original order of the songs as it was released. Recorded on July 30, 2007 at WTTW Studios, Chicago, Illinois, United States.

I miss the old days - everything from the early days up to tbese dyas where jon actually had life in his eyes and a genuine smile.

Jon is amazing, but he's been so tense and serious through his life that he hasn't (To this day) learned how to take life a little less seriously and enjoy the fruits of your labor. He never seems very happy especially now that he knows he's not going to live forever.

I'd be pissed off too if for some reason I started writing shit music. Post-Crush they just fell apart. This song... lol, it's comically bad. He already can't sing here.

Not entirely true, you'll notice the change in demeanour around the time when he took over management. All interviews he used to do he had life in his eyes and a genuine smile, bylut when he went corporate everything changed.
@@jasonl1942 tbh I stopped caring about BJ around about 2003. They became an irrelevant pop band around that time.

The Bon Jovi of the 80s and early 90s was the band I knew. Once they went country their legacy was shot. Will always love Richie and his talent. Part of me always wishes he left Bon Jovi and would have had a great career even as a solo artist after the New Jersey album. I think he’s way more talented then Jon and should have done some songs as a lead vocalist, the way KISS incorporated gene as a lead vocalist. But Jon and his family were too money hungry and had to make Bon Jovi their own.
This job is so serious as John’s face could be, which is ok because given the fact all the sucess Jonh has achieved. Admirable

He has so many demands on his time ( they all do so it is work, it is what their profession is) they have families to get to or promotional work, interviews etc. so isn’t it better they focused on the work to make the process more efficient. Perhaps during writing or more informal setting, he may relax more. It is respectful to all those present to not waste people’s time. You can laugh about when you don’t have millions of dollars riding on it!

You cannot put Bon Jovi and Sugarland in the same sentence! One is the 45th best most popular band worldwide in history, while the other is a pretty good national country act, whose total album sales are a fraction of Bon Jovi’s.

Jon drove the band to some weird paths, this is the best example.....WTF is this!? I disconnected with "Crush" and some songs of that album look Heavy Metal compared to Lost highway 😂. I know now why his vocal cord problems....they got bored singing this songs 🤣

i know it's a rehearsal but Jon looks thoroughly bored here, and these particular songs are a real plodding mediocre bore too. Highlights of the album were any other day and memory.. and at least i love this town has a bit of energy to it. This is just sleepy
