Thank you for your prompt response. May I ask a technical question? I am segmenting intercellular junctions from immunofluorescence images. Weka segmentation produces (create result) by default a red (junctions) - green (cytoplasm) image. To skeletonize and measure junction lengths, I have to work with an 8-bit binary image. Embarrassingly :) I haven't found a straightforward way of doing that. What skeletonization would you recommend for these thin and long structures? Thank you

Hey, thanks for your video. It was wonderful to learn so much about ImageJ. I just had a query, how to measure the velocity of a rising bubble in any solution using Image J?

Seriously, why the oversized split-screen of you? It just consumes precious visual real-estate.
