Thank you for your prompt response. May I ask a technical question? I am segmenting intercellular junctions from immunofluorescence images. Weka segmentation produces (create result) by default a red (junctions) - green (cytoplasm) image. To skeletonize and measure junction lengths, I have to work with an 8-bit binary image. Embarrassingly :) I haven't found a straightforward way of doing that. What skeletonization would you recommend for these thin and long structures? Thank you
