A few months ago I made a video about The Everyday Tactician, an initiative where Xbox, Football Manager and Bromley FC all joined forces to offer one FM24 player an actual real life job in football, as a tactician for the National League side. In this video, I'm very happy to be partnering with @xbox and @footballmanager again on ‘The Everyday Tactician’ to celebrate the launch of Football Manager 2024 on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I meet the man who got the job, Nathan Owolabi, find out how he's getting on, and use his newly acquired football insight to recreate Bromley's real life promotion winning tactics in FM24.
